Overview

The Skin Glow and Hair Density stack is an intermediate-level aesthetic protocol that targets the biological mechanisms underlying skin radiance, elasticity, and hair follicle vitality. Rather than masking cosmetic concerns topically, this stack works at the cellular level to restore youthful gene expression patterns and promote robust collagen and keratin production. GHK-Cu, administered at 500mcg daily, is the primary driver of visible skin and hair improvements in this protocol. This naturally occurring copper peptide declines significantly with age and has been shown in research to reset gene expression in fibroblasts to a more youthful pattern. It stimulates collagen I, III, and V synthesis, increases elastin production, promotes glycosaminoglycan synthesis for improved skin hydration, and enhances hair follicle size and proliferative capacity. Studies have demonstrated GHK-Cu can increase hair follicle cell proliferation by up to 70 percent while simultaneously improving skin thickness and firmness. Epithalon, dosed at 5000mcg every other day, addresses skin and hair aging at the chromosomal level by activating telomerase in somatic cells. As cells divide throughout life, telomere shortening signals senescence, causing visible aging of skin and hair. Epithalon counteracts this by maintaining telomere length, effectively extending the replicative lifespan of dermal fibroblasts, keratinocytes, and hair follicle stem cells. Research in cell culture models has shown telomerase activation can reverse markers of cellular aging, translating to improved skin texture and hair growth cycles. BPC-157 at 250mcg daily supports the stack by enhancing blood vessel formation in the dermis and scalp. Improved microcirculation delivers more oxygen and nutrients to skin cells and hair follicles, creating optimal conditions for the regenerative effects of GHK-Cu and Epithalon to manifest visibly. This protocol is suited for individuals experiencing age-related skin thinning, loss of radiance, fine lines, or diffuse hair thinning. It works best as an 8-12 week cycle with visible improvements typically appearing by weeks 4-6. Morning administration of all peptides is recommended. For enhanced results, pair with adequate protein intake, vitamin C supplementation, and sun protection.
