Posting my detailed log with before and after observations. I tracked everything meticulously including diet, sleep, exercise, and subjective well-being scores. Happy to answer questions.

Interesting results. Have you considered adding blood work markers like CRP and IGF-1 to track systemic effects? That data could be really valuable.

Your meticulous tracking is exactly what this community needs more of. Question about your subjective well-being scores - what scale were you using and did you track at the same time each day? Consistency in subjective measures is surprisingly important.

The sleep improvement with CJC/Ipa is probably the most reliably reported benefit. My deep sleep on Oura went from around 50 minutes to consistently over 90 minutes within the first 2 weeks. That alone justifies the protocol for me.

Did you run the CJC-1295 with or without DAC? The no-DAC version gives a more natural pulsatile GH release pattern which some argue is healthier long-term. The DAC version is more convenient with less frequent dosing but creates sustained elevated GH.

I have been running this stack for 6 months now with 8-week-on, 4-week-off cycling. The effects seem to maintain well during the off period as long as I keep training and diet consistent. Do you plan to cycle or run continuously?
