Your results are interesting because most of the DSIP literature is actually from the 1980s-90s Soviet research. It is one of those peptides where the anecdotal community reports are actually ahead of the Western clinical data. What dose range are you using?
I tried DSIP for 6 weeks and the effect on sleep onset latency was dramatic - went from 30-40 minutes to under 10 minutes to fall asleep. But I did not see the deep sleep improvements some people report. Maybe my dose was too low at 50mcg.
Did you compare this to other sleep-promoting compounds like glycine, magnesium threonate, or even prescription options? I am trying to figure out where DSIP fits in the hierarchy of sleep interventions for someone who has tried the basics.
The areas where you fell short are just as valuable as the wins. Too many reports only highlight positives. What specifically did not meet expectations? Was it total sleep time, dream quality, next-day alertness?
