MOTS-c: What the Research Actually Shows

Appreciate the honest assessment. Too many MOTS-c reviews read like advertisements. The moderate but meaningful improvement you describe is exactly what I experienced as well. I think the community benefits more from realistic reports like this than from overhyped claims.
Question for you: did you get bloodwork done before and during your MOTS-c protocol? I am about to start and trying to decide which panels to run. Obviously the basics but curious if there are any specific markers that are particularly informative for tracking MOTS-c response.
I ran MOTS-c at a slightly higher dose than what you used and found the results were actually about the same. This lines up with the dose-response data suggesting there is a ceiling effect. Higher dose just meant more injection site irritation without additional benefit. Your approach seems well-calibrated.
The sleep improvement you mention with MOTS-c has been the most universally reported benefit I see across different users. It seems like regardless of primary goals, almost everyone reports better sleep quality. I wonder if this is a direct effect or downstream from other physiological changes.
