CJC-1295 (with DAC) — Before and After

West Hewitt·about 2 months ago
Sharing my CJC-1295 (with DAC) before-and-after experience. Not posting photos because this is about objective data, not visual impressions. Baseline bloodwork vs. 12-week bloodwork showed improvements in several markers. Inflammatory markers trended down, fasting glucose improved slightly, and lipid panel was essentially unchanged. Body composition: lost about 3 lbs of fat and gained roughly 1.5 lbs of lean mass based on DEXA. These are modest numbers but they came without any change to my diet or training program, which had been stable for months before starting. Subjective improvements: significantly better sleep, faster recovery, improved joint comfort, and a general sense of feeling healthier. These are soft metrics but they matter for quality of life. What I wish I had done differently: more comprehensive baseline testing. I got basic bloodwork but wish I had also done inflammatory panels, hormone panels, and a baseline DEXA. Having that data would have made the results more meaningful. Would recommend CJC-1295 (with DAC) to someone with realistic expectations. It is not going to change your life overnight but it can meaningfully improve several health markers over a proper protocol duration.

Great point about bloodwork. I ran comprehensive panels at baseline, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks during my CJC-1295 (with DAC) protocol. The most informative markers for me were inflammatory markers and IGF-1 levels. Would strongly recommend anyone running CJC-1295 (with DAC) to invest in proper monitoring.

The timeline you describe is spot on with my CJC-1295 (with DAC) experience. I also want to emphasize the importance of injection technique. When I switched from 30-gauge to 29-gauge needles and slowed my injection speed, the site irritation essentially disappeared. Small details make a big difference in compliance.

Following up on my earlier comment about CJC-1295 (with DAC). I am now 4 weeks past the end of my protocol and wanted to report that about 60 percent of the benefits seem to have persisted. Sleep is still better than baseline, recovery is somewhere between pre-protocol and on-protocol levels. Encouraging for the sustainability question.

Great write-up. I have been running a similar CJC-1295 (with DAC) protocol and my experience aligns pretty closely with what you described. The sleep improvements were the first thing I noticed too, usually around week 2-3. One thing I would add is that I found keeping injection sites consistent with rotation between 4-5 spots worked better than random placement. Less irritation overall.

This matches my experience with CJC-1295 (with DAC) almost exactly. The timeline you describe — subtle at first, then clearly noticeable by week 4-5 — is very typical from what I have seen across multiple reports. For anyone reading this and feeling impatient in the first couple weeks, stick with it. The effects are cumulative and take time to establish.
