The science behind this is fascinating. There was a recent paper published that supports what you are seeing clinically.

The blood work monitoring is great practice. Did you track BDNF levels? That is the primary mechanism by which Semax is thought to enhance cognition, and having baseline vs on-protocol BDNF data would be really informative.
I ran NA-Semax Amidate which is the enhanced version. The cognitive effects were more pronounced than regular Semax for me but it also made me more wired. Had to stop using it after noon or it affected my sleep. Are you using regular Semax or one of the derivatives?
Worth the hype in my experience, but with caveats. The focus enhancement is real but it is not like Adderall - it is more of a clean, sustainable focus without the crash. I think people with ADHD or fatigue-driven cognitive issues benefit the most.
Conservative dosing and gradual increase is the right approach. I jumped in at 600mcg and felt overstimulated. Dropped to 200mcg and titrated up over 2 weeks which was much smoother. Your approach sounds similar and clearly working.
