Overview

The Recovery Sleep Stack pairs DSIP''s sleep-induction properties with BPC-157''s tissue repair, targeting the crucial intersection of sleep quality and physical recovery. This combination is used by athletes, post-surgical patients, and anyone whose recovery is limited by poor sleep quality. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a nonapeptide that increases slow-wave (delta) sleep — the stage during which human growth hormone is secreted and the majority of physical repair occurs. It also modulates cortisol and has demonstrated anxiolytic properties, helping the body transition into the parasympathetic state required for deep sleep. Unlike pharmaceutical sleep aids, DSIP does not cause next-day sedation or suppress REM sleep. The logic of pairing DSIP with BPC-157 is timing and amplification: DSIP increases the duration and depth of slow-wave sleep, which naturally elevates GH secretion and tissue repair signaling during the night. BPC-157 directly supports that same repair process by providing additional healing signals at the site of injury or stress. Together, they maximize what the body does during sleep anyway — repair and restore. This stack is administered in the evening, 30–60 minutes before sleep, allowing both peptides to act during the most anabolic phase of the 24-hour cycle. It is particularly effective during active injury recovery cycles and post-surgical rehabilitation, where optimizing sleep quality has the most direct impact on healing outcomes.
