Overview

The Deep Sleep + GH Stack is a comprehensive nocturnal optimization protocol that combines sleep induction, circadian rhythm restoration, and GH pulse amplification — targeting all three systems that govern what the body accomplishes during sleep. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) increases slow-wave sleep duration and quality. Slow-wave sleep is the stage when growth hormone is secreted, cellular repair occurs, and memories are consolidated. DSIP normalizes sleep architecture rather than forcing sedation — it works with the brain''s natural sleep regulation rather than bypassing it. Epithalon, administered in a 10-day course, targets the deeper circadian regulation governed by the pineal gland. As we age, the pineal''s melatonin production and overall regulatory function decline, disrupting the circadian rhythms that govern when the body performs repair, immune surveillance, and hormonal secretion. Epithalon''s activation of telomerase and pineal function restores more youthful circadian patterns — longer, deeper sleep with more consistent timing. CJC-1295 amplifies the GH pulse that naturally occurs during slow-wave sleep. By administering it in the evening before sleep, users time the CJC-1295-driven GH surge to coincide with the DSIP-enhanced slow-wave sleep period. The result is a significantly larger nocturnal GH secretion event — greater than DSIP or CJC-1295 would produce independently. This stack treats sleep as the metabolic and regenerative event it is, rather than just as rest. It is particularly powerful for anti-aging applications, post-injury recovery, and body composition optimization — all domains where nocturnal GH secretion is a primary driver of outcomes.
